根据《加纳港务局法》，加纳海关已开始实施阿希项目，以进一步加强和提高货物运输效率，并减少因逾期通关而造成的处罚。
提前装运信息，英文称为ASHI，中文俗称电子货物跟踪单或进口货物电子预申报证书。
该法令规定，所有运往加纳的货物必须事先申请ASI。否则，将被视为违反加纳运输规定，无法在目的港顺利通关。此外，货物到达目的港的申请将导致高额罚款。
加纳ASHI证书原件（PDF格式）将发送给申请人。然后将电子版发送给收货人和目的港的船运公司进行清关。
加纳ASH处理程序
1.提供加盖印花的申请表、提单、商业发票、出口海关单证、加盖装箱单和货运发票。
2.在收到上述申请文件后，将发出正式付款通知。一旦我们收到银行单据并确认付款后，我们将发出ASH号码。
3.申请人收到ASH号码后，可将此号码提供给船运公司签发正本提单。
4.提供正本提单。
5.证书提交审批后，我们会将证书的电子版本发送给申请人。申请人可以打印出证书寄给客户或邮寄给客户清关。
According to the Ghana Port Authority Act, the Customs and Excise Department of Ghana has started to implement the ASHI project to further strengthen and improve the efficiency of the transport of goods and to reduce the penalties caused by overdue customs clearance.
Advance Shipment Information, English referred to as ASHI while Chinese commonly known as electronic cargo tracking note or Electronic pre – declaration certificate for imported goods.
Decree of the Act shows, all shipments to Ghana must apply for the ASHI in advance. Otherwise, it will be deemed to violate the transport regulations of Ghana, then customs clearance could not be done successfully on the destination port. In addition, applications for goods arriving at the port of destination will result in high fines.
The original Ghana ASHI certificate (in PDF format) will be sent to the applicant. Then the electrical version will be forwarded to the consignee and the shipping company at the port of destination for customs clearance.
Ghana ASHI processing procedures
1.Providing the application form，Bill of lading ，Commercial invoice stamped，Export customs documents，Packing list stamped and Freight Invoice stamped.
2.After receipt of the above application documents, the official payment notice will be issued. The ASHI number will be issued once we receive the bank slip and confirm the payment.
3.After receiving the ASHI number, the applicant can provide this number to the shipping company to issue the original bill of lading.
4.Proviing the original bill of lading.
5.After the certificate is submitted for approval, we will send the electronic version of the certificate to the applicant. The applicant can print out the certificate and send it to the customer or mail it to the customer for customs clearance.
